General Terms and Conditions
Scope
These terms and conditions exclusively apply between the customer and JP Bikes GmbH, Baslerstrasse 7, 4665 Oftringen, unless a written amendment is agreed upon by both parties. By visiting our website and using our services, the customer agrees to the current version of these terms. Changes to the terms will be communicated to the customer in writing or via email and are considered accepted unless the customer objects within four weeks. Customers will be informed of their right to object and the consequences of remaining silent.
Configurator
No personal data is stored when using our configurator. Customers wishing to request a quote may fill out and submit the form provided on the website. All required information must be provided accurately and completely.
Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are final, inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately and indicated on the invoice. Prices displayed in the configurator are subject to input errors or software issues. We reserve the right to adjust prices in response to cost increases, such as material prices or wages. In the event of a price increase, customers may withdraw from the contract. Payment is made in advance to the specified account.
Delivery Scope
Deliveries are made according to the specifications indicated on our website. Variations in weight (+/- 10%), dimensions, and colors may occur. Information provided on the website does not constitute a guarantee. Partial deliveries are permitted as long as they are reasonable for the customer.
Offer and Contract Formation
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. A contract is formed when we accept the customer's order through an order confirmation or by delivering the goods.
Delivery Terms
Deliveries are made under the terms stated on the website. Shipping costs are displayed and calculated separately. Delivery dates are non-binding and may be delayed due to supply chain issues. If the delay exceeds nine months, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the withdrawal policy. There is no right of withdrawal for custom-made or personalized products.
Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment is received. Entrepreneurs must treat all goods as the property of JP Bikes GmbH until full payment is made.
Transfer of Risk
For entrepreneurs, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the customer upon transfer of the goods to the carrier.
Notification of Defects and Transport Damages
Customers must report transport damages immediately to the carrier and have them documented. Entrepreneurs must notify us of apparent defects within two weeks of receiving the goods.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Variations in color and structure may occur due to technical reasons and do not constitute defects. The warranty period for entrepreneurs is one year. Warranty claims within Switzerland are exclusively handled by JP Bikes GmbH.
Limitation of Liability
Claims for damages are limited to the value of the contract unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
Force Majeure
Events of force majeure release us from our obligations for the duration of the event. Customers will be promptly informed of such occurrences.

We assume no liability for links to external websites. We have no control over their content and expressly distance ourselves from them.
Intellectual Property
All texts, graphics, and images on this website are protected by copyright. Reproduction or use without explicit consent is prohibited.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is subject to Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for entrepreneurs is JP Bikes GmbH in Oftringen.
Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
